We The People

We the people have been usurped. Our rights passed to us by our fathers and their fathers has been slowly deteriorating for many years now. One of the rights given to us in our Bill of Rights is the 4th Amendment which states:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

This means that no law enforcement has the right to strip search you, check your bags, seize your house or belongings without a state issued warrant with PROBABLE cause. The NSA leaks of Edward Snowden has shown light upon the lies and truths the U.S. Government kept from public eye. PRISM, a program enacted by the president, gave them the use of a massive data mining tool that stores and categorizes people on a “hush” list, was made public knowledge by Edward last year. This subverts our 4th Amendment by granting the power to find (any) probable cause without your knowledge. Think of it this way: if you are considered a suspect, then you have the right to know you are a suspect, and what evidence has been placed upon you. This tool completely ignores that right.

But that is by no means the end of atrocities that are being committed. More recently, on February 25th, our very own Supreme Court has ruled a great change in American Constitution in the case Kerri L. Kaley vs. United States

“The supreme court authorizes [any] court to freeze an indicted defendants’ assets prior to trial if they would be subject to forfeiture upon conviction, was the definitive ruling of the court.” This, in layman’s terms, means that if you were to lose the asset (or evidence) in a conviction of the charges against you, police are allowed to seize (and therefor search out) any evidence that could be used against you. In essence, your house, car, and person can now be searched without a warrant, simply if the police feel you have evidence to prove you’re guilty in a court.

This is a DIRECT subversion of our constitutional rights! Our own justice system has essentially declared our constitution null. This new ruling, in tandem with the NSA tools (which can declare you a suspect without you knowing) and the patriot act and other enactments, allows law enforcement to avoid using judicial and 3rdparty aid altogether (which is exactly what the 4th Amendment is meant to sustain).

If you don’t believe that our government has been compromised by unknown enemies, you are LYING TO YOURSELF. WAKE UP AMERICA! The time for action is now! The time to speak up is now! Call your congress, call your senate, call your local news, call your friends and family. Inform people and GET ANGRY!!!

The Sporadic Dollar

Standard

There is no definite way to show a breaking or failing economy. There are, however, some people in the financial industry who say there are causes to look for of a destabilizing economy. 2013 Nobel Prize for Economics winner, states concern for the growing economic “bubble” around the U.S. stock market. Another sign is that the “U.S. Federal Reserve has been artificially manipulating and holding down U.S. rates, in an attempt to stimulate economic growth“, quoting from a Forbes article.

Right now our dollar is becoming untrustworthy as well. Take a look at the image below.

null

Never in the history of the dollar has its value been so sporadic with other currencies. This trend is almost identical in many other major currencies around the world right now! This symbolizes trust in the dollar is breaking by countries that support it. Anybody who thinks the dollar, and the economies that are supported by it aren’t about to feel a major breakdown are lying to themselves.

Obama vs. O’Reilly (Round 3)

Standard

Today, I bring you the Super Bowl Scoop, before the game with an interview of tense debate between President Obama and Bill O’Reilly. Three years ago when Bill O’Reilly interviewed Obama on national television for the Super Bowl, O’Reilly crushed Obama by hitting him where it counts; which is in pressing and asking tough questions no one else has the gall to ask.

This year Obama returns for a third round of punishment from O’Reilly. Although this time I have to hand it to the “King”, he did have a bit more class, if you will. While he may have had more punch this time, all the hits were missing. When asked simple questions by O’Reilly, we were met with dodgy answers and phrases that let my jaw drop.

“Your detractors believe that you did not tell the world [Benghazi] was a terror attack because your campaign didn’t want that out,” said O’Reilly, when he asked about the U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens incident being a “terrorist attack” or not.

Obama rebutted with “And they believe it because folks like you tell them that.” Regardless of what Obama thinks about journalists and news reporters being “the problem” (which is a problem unto itself), and regardless of the statement by Gen. Ham saying it was a terrorist attack, Obama went as far as to say “When somebody is attacking our compound, that is an act of terror.” So what does it matter what the rest of his excuse is if he admits, between the lines, that he did believe it was a “terrorist” attack.

You can even watch the full 10 minute interview on YouTube below, which took place on Fox News live at around 4:30pm PST today.
